Every figure below comes from a sourced UK employment-law calculation or a dataset we compile from published public-record documents, not an estimate. Each one has a copy-paste embed snippet on its own page, linked below. Free to use on an HR blog, a news piece or a research write-up, on the terms in this page.

How the embeds work

Every snippet is either a plain, self-contained HTML card with inline styling, or a static<img> tag pointing at an SVG chart. There is no JavaScript in any of them, no <iframe>, and nothing calls out to settlement-advice.com after the page loads. They render the same whether or not scripts are enabled, and they cannot read or send anything from the page they are pasted into.

We deliberately did not build a live, interactive iframe widget. This site sends X-Frame-Options: SAMEORIGIN on every response, which stops any other site framing our pages at all; changing that is a server-level decision with its own clickjacking trade-offs; and a static snippet degrades better anyway, since it needs no script to render correctly.

Terms of use

• Keep the attribution line and the link back to the source page intact.
• Do not edit a figure, a date, or the source citation inside a snippet.
• Where a source page states a licence (for example the NHS exit-package dataset's Open Government Licence note), that licence governs the underlying data; our attribution requirement sits alongside it, not instead of it.
• We may update a snippet's figures as the underlying law or dataset changes; embedded copies do not update automatically, so re-copy periodically if currency matters to you.
• Nothing on this site, embedded or otherwise, is legal advice to whoever reads it on your page.
