Nobody is paid or incentivised, and we do not choose who is asked: everyone is invited. We cannot edit or remove a review once it is posted.

If something went wrong
A review is not the right route to fix a problem with your case. If something has gone wrong, our Complaints Policy explains how to raise it with us and what happens next. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman.
